Steward Panel Submission Format

You must report within 48 hours, any incidents you wish to have reviewed by the Steward Panel.  The accused party will be notified by staff and should respond within 24 hours.  Please be reminded that although you might feel strongly about an incident, all parties involved must communicate in a respectful manner.  All submissions must include video evidence, although other members may help supply it.  If the incident involves a member of the Steward Panel, said member will be excluded from deliberations.  A replacement Steward may be selected by officials or nominated by members. 
Please follow this format when reporting an incident:
* Season, Round/Track, Lap, drivers involved
Type of incident
 Did accused driver wait and/or allow re-pass?
 Was your damage terminal as a result of incident? 
* Include this information in subject line.
